Depending on different manufacturers and different types of needle detectors,the magnetization is different. But how to judge it is magnetized and how to solve it is generally the same. Take HD-680C intelligent needle detector as an example:
Examination of bearing magnetization: use exclusion method to check whether the bearing is magnetized: Grasp the bearing and don’t make it move. If the first lamp and the last lamp are on, it means it is not magnetized. If the lamp is off, it means it magnetized and should be demagnetized by magnetic eraser.
The cabinet in the needle detector contains electrical components, e.g. speeder, relay and computer board. If needle detector stops suddenly, we should pay attention to electrical components. We need to check whether the fuse is broken, whether the relay is damaged, whether the computer board is fine. Then we solve the problem accordingly.
